Data we process
We process account details, authentication records, conversation content, preferences, usage limits, device information and security logs needed to operate ZedZig.
Why we process it
We use data to provide the service, preserve conversation history, personalize language and market settings, prevent abuse, maintain security and improve reliability.
Market and AI providers
Requests may be processed by contracted infrastructure, market-data and AI providers. We minimize the information sent and do not sell personal data.
Retention and control
Conversation history is retained according to your plan limits. Aggregated account-usage records are retained for up to 12 months. Raw website sign-in and sign-out security records, including full IP address, approximate country, device user agent and event time, are restricted to authorized administrators and automatically deleted after 30 days. You may remove individual conversations and request account deletion through Contact.
Security
We use encrypted transport, hashed session tokens and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
